Delivery Time Frames

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

(a) Standard and Special Delivery Items (excluding Big & Bulky Goods):

  • Australia-wide (including capital cities, suburbs, and most regional areas): 4–7 business days

  • Regional Western Australia, Queensland, and Northern Territory: 7–10 business days

(b) Big & Bulky Goods:

  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days, scheduled on a date agreed upon between you and Osteo Relief Hub.

Please note: Orders that are split into multiple shipments may not arrive on the same day.


Delivery Time Frame Disclaimers

While we always strive to meet our delivery estimates, we kindly ask for your understanding that:

  • Delivery time frames are not guaranteed and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances

  • Delivery times are subject to change without prior notice

  • Osteo Relief Hub is not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or inconvenience caused by delays in delivery or changes in delivery time frames

During peak periods or major sales events, delivery delays may occur. Should there be a significant delay, our team will contact you with an update.


General Delivery Terms

  • Delivery Address: Goods will be delivered to the address you provide during checkout. If you require delivery to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

  • Receiving Your Order: If you're unavailable to accept the delivery, you may authorize someone else (over the age of 16) to receive it on your behalf. We will consider their acceptance and instructions as your own.

  • Proof of Identity: Upon delivery, you or your representative may be required to show valid photo ID or proof of age (especially for restricted goods). If no suitable ID is provided, the delivery agent may leave a calling card with instructions for collection at your local Australia Post office.

  • Signature & Acceptance: You or your nominated representative may be asked to sign for the delivery. If you refuse to sign, this may be treated as a refusal to accept the delivery, and redelivery fees may apply.

  • Missed Deliveries: If no one is available, or if the address is inaccessible or deemed unsafe, a calling card will be left with instructions for collection from your nearest Australia Post location. If your item is not collected within 10 days, and redelivery is required, additional fees may apply.
